Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all processes are conducted smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems to facilitate effective case management.

Responsibilities



Manage all aspects of property transactions from initial instruction through to completion. Conduct thorough legal research and due diligence on properties. Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication throughout the process. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to each transaction. Provide guidance to clients on legal matters related to property purchases or sales. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing property transactions. Handle any issues or disputes that may arise during the conveyancing process.

Skills



Strong IT skills, with proficiency in conveyancing software and general office applications. Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact professionally with clients and colleagues. Highly organised with a keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation and processes.

We are able to provide Training Contracts to successful applicants who require one under the SRA guidance or relevant training periods for SQE pupils.

A commission structure is available for negotiation based on any referrals brought to the Practice by your direct contacts or referring agencies if any.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-50,000.00 per year
