Key Responsibilities

Managing your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions Providing clear and expert legal advice to clients throughout the process Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Maintaining strong client relationships and communication Proactively progressing transactions and meeting deadlines

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have a solid background in conveyancing and the ability to manage files independently Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner Demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills Be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to outstanding client care Work well under pressure in a busy, client-focused environment
