About the Role

As a conveyancer, you'll be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll be part of a supportive and forward-thinking team that places a strong emphasis on quality service and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions independently Providing expert legal advice and maintaining excellent client communication Ensuring all transactions comply with legal and regulatory requirements Building and maintaining strong client relationships Managing deadlines and progressing files efficiently

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience managing their own conveyancing caseload Is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner Has excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills Is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high levels of client care Thrives in a busy, team-oriented legal environment
