A Conveyancer is responsible for managing the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring the transfer of ownership is carried out smoothly, efficiently, and in compliance with relevant laws and regulations. As a Conveyancer you will be preparing legal documents, liaising with clients, solicitors, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and government bodies, and overseeing the settlement process. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of property law and procedures.
Working alongside other Conveyancers, you will handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception through to completion.

Candidate Specification
Must have minimum of 2 years of Conveyancing experience
Ability to deal with a mixed caseload including freehold and leasehold sales, purchase, remortgages and transfer of equity.
Effectively manage and rotate your own case load
Organisational skills with impeccable attention to detail
Outstanding client care skills along with providing regular client updates
The ability to work as part of a team
A positive, can-do attitude in a pressurised environment
In a busy team it is imperative that you are result orientated
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years conveyancing experience
