About the Role

As a conveyancer, you will manage your own caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. Working in a supportive and professional environment, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality legal services and outstanding client care.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing matters Providing expert legal advice and maintaining regular client communication Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices Building long-lasting client relationships through excellent service Meeting deadlines and keeping transactions moving smoothly

About You

You'll ideally:

Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or an experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner Have demonstrable experience managing your own files independently Be highly organised with excellent communication skills Be detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to exceptional client service Thrive in a busy, professional environment with high standards
