About the Role

As a conveyancer, you'll manage a diverse caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. You'll deliver a high standard of client service and legal expertise, working in a collaborative team environment that actively supports your growth and development.

Key Responsibilities

Independently managing a caseload of property transactions Advising clients throughout the conveyancing process with clarity and professionalism Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards Building strong client relationships and maintaining excellent service standards Managing deadlines effectively and driving transactions to completion

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have a proven track record in conveyancing with experience running their own caseload Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner Possess excellent communication and organisational skills Be detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong commitment to client care Work well under pressure in a busy legal environment
