About You

We're seeking a qualified

Conveyancer

with

2-4 years of experience

in handling freehold and leasehold transactions. You should be able to manage your own caseload efficiently, have strong client service skills, and be comfortable working with clients and third parties on complex legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

Client Liaison:

Serve as the main contact, providing expert advice and building strong client relationships.

Transaction Management:

Manage property transactions, including sales, purchases, and remortgages.

Document Preparation:

Draft and finalize contracts and legal documents.

Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with laws, including anti-money laundering.

Stakeholder Communication:

Work with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth transactions.
