We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Conveyancer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders. As a Conveyancer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating property transactions, ensuring that all legal requirements are met efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Manage the conveyancing process from start to finish (secretarial support provided), including preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
Communicate with clients, estate agents, and other parties involved in the transaction to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Conduct thorough searches and investigations to ensure compliance with legal requirements.
Prepare contracts, transfer documents, and other necessary paperwork for property sales and purchases.
Liaise with mortgage lenders, local authorities, and other relevant organisations to facilitate smooth transactions.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and correspondence in line with company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client queries promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Conveyancer or in a similar role within the property sector is preferred.
Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey complex information clearly.
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation.
Proficient in IT systems relevant to conveyancing processes; familiarity with case management software is advantageous.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
