About the Role

You'll take ownership of a caseload involving residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion. With a strong focus on client service and compliance, you'll work in a collaborative environment where your skills will be recognised and your professional development fully supported.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a varied caseload of property transactions independently Delivering expert legal guidance and regular updates to clients Ensuring compliance with relevant conveyancing regulations and standards Building and maintaining positive client relationships Proactively meeting deadlines and transaction milestones

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has proven experience handling conveyancing files independently Is a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner Communicates clearly and works well under pressure Is detail-oriented, client-focused, and well-organised Works confidently in a fast-paced legal setting
