About the Role

In this role, you'll handle a caseload of residential and/or commercial property transactions from instruction to completion. You'll be part of a collaborative, forward-thinking team that values professionalism, quality client service, and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

Independently managing a caseload of property transactions Providing expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process Ensuring full compliance with legal standards and regulatory requirements Building and maintaining strong client relationships Managing timeframes efficiently and ensuring transactions progress smoothly

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have solid experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing Be a qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor, or experienced Fee Earner Be highly organised with strong communication skills Be detail-focused, proactive, and committed to delivering excellent client service Thrive in a fast-paced, professional legal environment
