Convenience Store Manager
Job Description
The ideal candidate would have proven record of managing a busy convenience store and employees.
A prior record of providing excellent customer service would be desireable.
Responsibilities include:
Management of the store and team.
Weekly stock ordering, stock taking and daily banking reconciliation.
Provide excellent customer service.
Follow all customer service guidelines.
Check equipment and perform routine maintenance/cleaning.
Collect payments by cash and card.
Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of fuel station premises and shop floor.
Manage sales of fuel, lottery and age related products.
Ensure shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is tidy at all times.
Help to maintain the safety of the store.
Flexibility to day and night shifts.
Maintain good relationships with the management team and other employees.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 26k per annum
