Allsports Construction and Maintenance is a market leader in the sports construction industry for over 20 years. We deliver high quality projects including synthetic pitches, multi-use games areas, running tracks and associated civil engineering and building works.
As part of our growth plans we are looking for keen, able and committed staff to help deliver projects mainly across Scotland but with some work in the rest of the UK.
As part of your duties you will be expected to travel to sites across Scotland and the UK providing direction to Allsports operatives and staff as well as subcontractors. You will also act as Allsports representative with clients and client representatives.

Duties
Implementing company strategies as agreed with Directors.
Liaising with clients to understand project requirements.
Ensuring compliance with contractual processes.
Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters.
Ensure that the company quality procedures are maintained at all times.
Seek to identify ways to make savings or increase efficiency of delivery.
Negotiation with and management of subcontractors.
Supporting the team and allocating resources across a number of projects.
Experience
The successful candidate will have:
Appropriate qualification in civil engineering or related subject - e.g. HND/C or Degree.
Previous experience working as a Project Manager/Contracts Manager with a civil engineering or sports contractor.
Understanding of contract conditions and CDM regulations.
Knowledge of the tendering process.
Previous experience in groundworks projects.
Valid CSCS card.
Full UK driving licence.
