Job Description

Our client, an established and growing specialist refurbishment contractor based near Cannock, are currently seeking a Contracts Manager to join them due to continued growth. You will be working on commercial and residential refurbishments nationwide with occasional site visits. You will be working on projects up to 2 million in value and this position offers an attractive package and a strong pipeline of projects.

It is envisaged that the ideal candidate is based within commuting distance of Cannock and must have strong refurbishment project experience. This position would also suit a Project Manager who is looking to secure a position as a Contracts Manager.

Contracts Manager Position Overview

• Salary: \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa355,000 plus 5k car allowance

Contracts Manager Position Requirements

• Must have previous experience as a Project or Contracts Manager
• Must be based within commuting distance of Cannock
• Hold a Full UK drivers license
• Hold relevant qualifications and certificates
• Refurbishment project experience is essential
• Good IT and Grammar

Contracts Manager Position Remuneration

• Salary: \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa355,000
• \xc2\xa35,000 car allowance
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Pension
• Mileage allowance
• Private Healthcare
• Death in service
• Full Accommodation paid for if you choose to stay away when travelling to sites
• Full package to be discussed at interview stage
