Salary: \xc2\xa340,000 + Car/Car Allowance & Package

This is a role that will see you work alongside an experienced contracts manager to help with the smooth installation projects across the UK. You will be working on projects across the commercial & residential sector including new build schools & new build homes. Your background in sub contractor management will be essential in this role as you will expected to develop and maintain working relationships with sub contractors to ensure a smooth and timely installation process.
As a Contracts Manager you can expect to:
- Work alongside an experienced professional in the industry
- Manage sub contractor install teams on site
- Adhere to the highest quality of health & safety
- Report back to senior management on site progress
- Have a background in new build construction \xe2\x80\x93 Housing preferred
- Able to manage more than 1 site at any one time
- Possess strong reporting & communication skills
- Are able to travel Nationally for projects \xe2\x80\x93 Midlands, M4 Corridor & South East
- Hold a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid
