Draft, review, and manage

Credit Control Support

Employee Oversight (Administrative)
Maintain accurate personnel files and ensure legal/contractual compliance.
Support onboarding, DBS checks, and contract renewals.

Operational Support
Provide direct support to the Care Home Manager on administrative and business matters.
Help oversee supplier relationships and service-level agreements (e.g., catering, maintenance).
