Due to continued growth the position of Contract SHE Manager has become available to join our successful team based in Heathrow.

As Heathrow embarks upon its 7th regulatory period \xe2\x80\x9cH7\xe2\x80\x9d, Costain was awarded two lots as Major Project Partner and Asset Renewal Partner for Terminal 2 - The Queen\'s Terminal.

Role Requirements

• \xc2\xb7 Safety, Health and Environmental Diploma or equivalent NVQ Level 6
• \xc2\xb7 Working towards CMIOSH or MIEMA or equivalent
• \xc2\xb7 Develop and provide line management to direct reports and liaise with wider SHE Team
• \xc2\xb7 Support and Influence Contract Leadership Team, Clients and other Stakeholders with respect to SHE Management System and Performance
• \xc2\xb7 Ensure delivery of training and coaching, by competent individuals, to allow the contract team to successfully implement the SHE Management System
• \xc2\xb7 Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
• \xc2\xb7 Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
• \xc2\xb7 Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
