Contract Revit Architect/Technician for Large London Office Interior Fit-Outs and Facades

Contract, either per hour or pro rata annual salary 5 month Fixed Term Contract

Salary Guide: \xc2\xa325-35ph dependent experience (to work inside of IR35)

Summary

A leading Global construction company is seeking some new contract revit architect/technician team members to join them, for a minimum 5 months on a rolling contract. This will be to join their London team to work on some large scale commercial and office fit out projects. To include interior fit out elements and also building enveloping and facade detailing,

Role requirements:

• Must be proficient in Revit, to a strong working level
• Existing experience of commercial, workplace and office fit out, ideally at the large end of the scale, with big budgets
• Understanding of M&E and structural coordination
• Experienced in submitting of planning applications and local authority liaison
• Good UK building regulations knowledge
• Experience working with teams on projects to meet deadlines and support the growing the team, alongside managing your own workload

The right person for this role, would:

• Ideally be available to start asap, for a minimum 5 month contract \xe2\x80\x93 with potential to be extended or turn permanent for the right person (This can be per hour (inside of IR35), or a fixed term contract on PAYE)
• Have excellent communication skills, spoken and written English
• Hold strong organisation skills, with ability to manage time and prioritise tasks
• This role is available for hybrid working, 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 days a week working from home
