The Job
As the Research and Analytics Director your responsibilities will include:
Over 4 years of professional background in fields such as marketing analytics, digital advertising, PR measurement, or closely related domains.
Proficient in gauging campaign brand impact and leveraging analytical insights to shape media strategizing.
Skilled in employing attribution models to deduce the return on investment (ROI) from communication and/or marketing initiatives.
Exceptional aptitude for managing clients, exhibiting adeptness in professional and proactive communication.
Proficiency in conveying intricate data frameworks and models to audiences without technical backgrounds.
Possesses a collaborative mindset and a keenness to cooperate with colleagues across diverse industries.
Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, showcasing the ability to juggle tasks, prioritize, meet deadlines, and keep supervisors informed of progress.
Displays remarkable analytical, writing, and problem-solving proficiencies.
Prior experience in overseeing a team is advantageous.
You:
Spearhead the creation of measurement strategies starting from the initial concept to presenting the gathered insights using data visualization and compelling narratives.
Lead the establishment of the Measurement Centre of Excellence within the UK, designing streamlined processes for seamlessly integrating data and measurement into client projects.
Collaborate closely with account directors and R&A leaders to develop targeted measurement learning plans.
Construct frameworks ensuring uniformity across diverse business sectors or markets, guaranteeing consistent delivery in areas like KPI definition, measurement execution, and data requisites.
Oversee and manage measurement dashboards, reports, and essential reporting instruments.
Utilize your expertise to propel our measurement methodologies by incorporating new sources, approaches, technological alliances, etc.
Provide day-to-day guidance, instruction, and mentorship to junior team members, both in one-off research initiatives and ongoing programs.
Encourage innovative thought regarding data utilization and its problem-solving potential for business dilemmas tied to communication endeavors.
Foster relationships with clients and account teams, involving frequent proactive interactions with account groups and direct communication with clients. This encompasses understanding clients, their markets, and contributing to the growth of these accounts.
Stay abreast of trends, tools, and techniques while advising clients, account teams, and fellow research colleagues on optimal methodologies, tools, and best practices.
