The Content Marketing, Senior Associate will be a key contributor, responsible for partnering on the execution of a dynamic content marketing strategy and plan for the EMEA business that enables our sales teams to connect meaningfully and successfully with our clients and prospects by helping to answer \xe2\x80\x98Why Dimensional?\xe2\x80\x99

The Senior Associate will sit within the broader EMEA Marketing team and report into the Manager, Channel Marketing. This team supports the regional institutional, wealth and financial adviser sales teams across the EMEA region, designing, developing, and executing dynamic marketing strategies that support the growth of the business.

Responsibilities

This role will be an instrumental part of the team, helping to drive awareness of Dimensional and our value proposition.

• Collaborating closely with the Manager, Channel Marketing and Associate, Channel Marketing to prioritise and help to execute an annual content strategy that showcases Dimensional\xe2\x80\x99s stories, thought leadership and research
• Enabling our editorial plans to be fully utilised by the five business channels by providing communication on publishing schedules, and supplementary content
• Working with the global Research and Investment Strategy Group to extract synopses of larger pieces to highlight to our audiences in a more digestible manner
• Working with our local Corporate Communications team to help leverage media interest into our channel marketing plans (and vice versa) and ensure relevant themes and topics are running through all channel activity
• Working with stakeholders on briefs for graphics, animations, videos, articles
• Owning the marketing email programme \xe2\x80\x93 testing, creating, and managing impactful channel newsletters, email communications, campaign content and social media posts
• Reporting on content performance and measuring the KPIs and ROI on a monthly, quarterly and campaign basis; including providing the business insights and evaluations on market trends
• Collaborate with Sales and Channel Marketing on a cohesive lead generation, nurture, and scoring process to position better position Dimensional for maximum success
• Liaising with external partners to deliver impactful assets as required, such as advertorials
• Working with global marketing stakeholders on communication, execution, and project management of activity
• Collaborating with Client Communications and EMEA Events teams to provide marketing oversight on channel specific content initiatives within these functions

Skills

• Strongly adept at juggling numerous projects and managing multiple stakeholders, across teams while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Must be a team player with an openness to feedback and desire to collaborate
• Sound judgement and an ability to establish confidence

Competencies Required:

• Content marketing or investment writing experience at a global asset management firm, trade publication or agency
• Robust knowledge and interest in the asset management industry and core product offering
• Strong writing skills with experience in content creation, distribution, and enablement
• Ability to translate complex investment solutions into digestible, engaging content

Desirable Experience:

• Proactive with proven track record of producing creative and engaging content
• Experience in Jira, Sitecore, Confluence, Click Dynamics, content management and CRM systems
• Knowledge of the German or Dutch language would be advantageous
• Experience running email marketing and LinkedIn campaigns
