Role Overview
We are seeking a
Content Marketing Manager
who is passionate about storytelling, driven by purpose, and ready to shape how our people, services, and impact are communicated to the world. At Sureserve, we believe in the power of authentic content to connect, inspire, and grow our presence across the energy, compliance, and renewables sectors. In this role, you'll lead the charge in creating and delivering engaging, strategic content across all platforms, giving voice to our brand, building trust with our audiences, and helping drive forward our business and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver compelling, high-quality content across all channels
Shape our strategic content direction across a portfolio of services
Become our storytelling expert - extracting and shaping case studies across the Group
Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Bids, Sales, Commercial) to deliver insight-driven campaigns, white papers, and thought leadership
Manage key partnerships and oversee related content creation
Grow and protect our tone of voice and brand positioning
Monitor market and competitor performance, providing insight-led recommendations
Own content performance tracking and budget management
Help embed a One Sureserve culture through shared messaging and collaboration
Skills & Experience Required
A strong background in content strategy and copywriting (evidence required)
Progressive marketing experience, ideally in B2B and/or housing/local authority sectors
Experience with multi-channel campaigns (SEO, social, digital storytelling)
Able to lead cross-functional content projects and influence senior stakeholders
Highly organised, strategic thinker with a creative mindset
Strong commercial awareness and a collaborative, "fail forward" attitude
Able to thrive in a fast-moving, growing business
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred)
Experience working with content and marketing analytics tools
