Are you a Content Manager or a Communications Manager (content focused) looking to join an incredible company in the education sector based in Warwickshire? They are looking for a Content Manager to join the team and take ownership of the content strategy, tone of voice and hands-on in creating engaging content across different channels. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with a salary of \xc2\xa338k-\xc2\xa342k (but please get in touch if you are over this salary range). They are working in a hybrid way with an office in Leamington. This will be onsite 3 days per week for the first few months and then totally flexible. Our client is well-known and established in the education sector. They have developed an incredible product that has, and is, changing lives in the sector and they have some big growth plans both UK but also internationally. They are a B2B company but with the ethos of a non-profit/public sector company. They have their office in Leamington Spa and are offering hybrid working. For the first 2 months, you will be onsite 3 days a week and then they are open to more flexibility. The Role

As Content Manager / Communications Manager you will be joining the team to look at their overall content strategy. You will be strategic and hands-on and love to look at a company\'s tone of voice. You will be involved in working with the different specialist teams to create engaging content across thought leadership, email, social media, internal comms (and any other written word) while working closely with their external PR agency. It is important that you want to be working in a role that is both strategic but also hands-on in delivery.

About You

Experience in leading on a content strategy

Hands-on experience in writing content across a broad range of channels and a words person. Content will include promotional materials, website, email, social media, thought leadership, articles for magazines and journals, editorial and publicity

Experience in collaborating with third parties and project managing

A desire to work for a mission-driven company that is helping people and doing incredible things for the industry

Experience in managing an external agency would be a bonus

Experience in ensuring content is in line with brand personality

Experience in looking at websites and improving their content to drive awareness and results

Good experience in the digital world and enjoy keeping up with the latest trends in content and digital

Able to create content that is accessible to a variety of different levels and different audiences.
