The Role
We are looking for someone who can own our content strategy, drive growth, and make sure every piece of content we put out is purposeful. You'll be responsible for all our channels, setting up big shoots, and leading our talented team to ensure HelpBnk's mission reaches millions.
What You'll Do
Own and manage all content channels, ensuring alignment with our mission Plan and execute big, creative shoots that capture attention Grow our content platforms by at least 20% every quarter (but actually think: how do we explode this?) Manage and lead our existing content team Work closely with department heads to align content with wider company goals Bring energy, leadership, and strategic thinking to everything we create

2+ years of experience in YouTube / long-form content production Big thinker - you see possibilities, not limitations Proactive mindset - you don't wait for opportunities, you create them Leadership qualities - you know how to manage, inspire, and push a team to greatness Content & strategic mind - you understand what works, why it works, and how to make it work even better Passion for HelpBnk's mission - this isn't just another job; you genuinely care about changing lives
