As our Content Innovation & Special Projects Senior Manager, you ll take a central role in innovating, testing, and continuously improving the core teaming concepts for our business globally. You will also lead priority projects to support the roll-out and collaboration across OneBCG (BCG X, multidisciplinary teams, other functions such as POP, recruiting, marketing)

You will join the Content & Innovation team, which covers the development of our Teaming practices and tools, as well as support to the role of team coaches who drive the embedment across BCG

You will work closely with our Embedment at Scale team, interfacing with People leaders across all regions

You will also work closely with our Learning & Development teams to continuously embed our practices into learning experiences for our BCGers across multiple channels
YOU\'RE GOOD AT

  • You have a deep knowledge of the consulting industry and multidisciplinary teaming settings, and understand the drivers for high performing teams
  • You have a passion for new ways of working, the future of work, People and teaming topics
  • You can partner with SMEs, L&D teams, coaches, leaders and other internal stakeholders to review and curate the most appropriate content and delivery formats depending on user needs
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are good at leading user research analysis
  • You can create impact through rigorous change management
  • You enjoy a fast-paced, intellectually energizing environment where you can innovate and experiment

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
  • A strong consulting background with experience of different types of client team settings OR minimum of 5 years professional experience, preferably in Digital industries and/or in Strategy /People functions
  • Proven track record in creating and reviewing content across multiple channels, analyzing data and building data-driven hypotheses
  • Plus (but not required): you have experience working in Agile teams
YOU\'LL WORK WITH
Our business management and operations team members work to ensure that BCG is running smoothly, efficiently, and productively. We are made up of executive and administrative (or case team) assistants, visual service artists, receptionists, facilities staff, and the team leaders and office coordinators who manage these operations and business management jobs.
