The Role:




As we continue to grow, we're after a skilled content designer who can hit the ground running. Producing high-impact and refined content to support marketing campaigns and brand activity, the right candidate will be able to utilise their designs to elevate the Hadean brand whilst facilitating the generation of leads. This role could be a perfect fit if you're just as comfortable using Adobe Suite as you are analysing key campaign metrics.


We're looking for a talented Content Designer with experience in high-energy work environments, with the ability to craft engaging content and a deep understanding of the reasoning behind each design decision. You'll work closely with the rest of our marketing team to design assets that aren't just eye-catching, but also strategically aligned with campaign goals.


This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, some of which include: visual storytelling, infographics, graphic design, marketing campaign execution, and brand guardianship.


Key Responsibilities:



Create digital and print assets for campaigns, social media, email, web, paid ads, and events Collaborate with the marketing team to turn concepts into visuals and content that facilitates lead generation A clear understanding of business needs/objectives/goals Work with other departments and stakeholders to create content and assets Support branding efforts with consistent design across all platforms Create templates, style guides, and other tools to streamline brand consistency Stay up to date with marketing techniques, design trends, and platform best practices to elevate the overall marketing function Use data and performance feedback to refine designs and boost effectiveness

Skills required:



An outstanding portfolio showing versatility across brand, campaign, and digital design Experience designing for social, digital, and print Experience (marketing experience a bonus) in a fast-paced work environment (preferably in tech or SaaS) A sharp eye for detail and a bias toward clean, succinct design Strong communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects on deadlines Ability to understand and unpick technical concepts Understanding of marketing KPIs, funnels, and creative testing Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); bonus: Adobe Premier/Aftereffects, Figma, Canva Understanding of design principles, growth marketing andhow visuals impact consumer behavior/conversion

Nice to have:



Experience in motion graphics or basic video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow) or email tools (Mailchimp, Klaviyo) Copywriting and UX/UI knowledge of huge benefit
