Job Title: Content Creator/Producer Location: Furness Vale, High Peak (This is not a remote role and, whilst flexible, attendance in our office will be essential) Company Overview: Forage Technology is a leading player in the UK agricultural industry, specialising in innovative solutions for silage and biological farming. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our fun team and drive our marketing efforts to new heights. Responsibilities: You\xe2\x80\x99ll be working closely with our Head of Marketing to push our online presence and build our portfolio of products through the following roles:

• Collaborating with clients and internal teams to understand content requirements and campaign objectives
• Managing projects from concept to completion, shooting, editing, and posting content for our brand
• Developing creative concepts, storylines and content strategies to effectively sell our products
• Creating high-quality, engaging and shareable content for an upcoming Youtube/Digital Video series
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and emerging digital platforms to ensure content remains innovative and relevant
• Reacting to trends to ensure viral and engaging content
• Optimising content for search engines and monitoring performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement
• Supporting the senior team with proposal development
• Filming overseas on various projects

Qualifications:

• Experience delivering quality, engaging content across social media accounts
• Proficiency in editing software including but not linked to; Premiere Pro, Photoshop & After Effects
• Ability to storyboard visual concepts aligning to video briefs
• Experience of planning shoots, including; arranging and setting up filming equipment, supporting with creative direction and supporting with managing client relations at the shoot
• Highly creative with a passion for storytelling and creating world-class content
• Ability to create social first content, both graphics and motion graphics
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms, their functionalities, different ratios, and best practices
• Proficiency in using social media platforms and an understanding of different formats across each platform
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for attention to detail
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members
• Ability to adapt and excel in a fast paced and dynamic agency environment
• Familiarity with current digital trends across social media and influencer marketing
• Driving license essential
• Agriculture experience preferred but not essential
