Our Marketing team gets under the skin of the organisation and amplifies the stories of our businesses to build awareness, engagement and understanding. We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Creator to enhance our marketing content across our channels. You will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content that keeps our channels relevant and captivating. There will be opportunities to showcase your photography and videography skills and flex your visual design and production muscles across graphics too. The ideal candidate will love getting to the heart of a story and relish picking up a camera to document our successes and the people and thinking behind them. A hands-on proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a must, with a desire to raise production values and inspire us to go further.
The role
As a pivotal member of our Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in fostering collaboration across departments to shape and execute compelling social campaigns. Embracing a fast paced, hands-on approach, you will embark on journeys both in-house and on event, capturing engaging footage of products and activations+ to bring our brands to life authentically. Your creative flair will shine through in a diverse range of dynamic content tailored for both external and internal use, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand narrative which will attract new audiences. This role will allow you to contribute significantly to our brand's presence in the market and you will be a driving force in shaping our brand's story.
Key responsibilities
Create and maintain a company digital content calendar, ensuring regular and consistent posting.
Innovate ideas with the Marketing team to develop engaging creative concepts that align with department briefs and objectives.
Produce content through the whole project lifecycle: inception, filming, editing, sound design, visual effects and posting.
Develop and execute video concepts and scripts that align with the company's marketing goals and brand image across all company digital channels and platforms.
Stay ahead of social media trends to implement relevant content into the social strategy to create timely and shareable content.
Independently manage personal workload to ensure deadlines are met.
Work within budget and brand guidelines to maintain style /tone.
What you'll bring
Passion and energy for all things social.
Strong photography and videography skills, including experience with DSLR cameras and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
Experience garnered in Adobe Premier Pro (Adobe Creative Suite).
In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and their respective audiences, best practices, and content trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and photography/videography projects.
Confidence in presenting new ideas to wider team and across departments.
Ability to work collaboratively.
Ability to direct and coordinate team members as part of content creation.
Pride in the quality of your work.
Ability to monitor, analyse and present social media metrics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
