We are seeking a creative, highly motivated and detail-oriented Content & Marketing Support Assistant to join our dynamic team.This is an exciting opportunity to work within a creative, forward-thinking environment where innovation, teamwork, and adaptability are key. As part of our team, you will play an important role in creating, editing, and managing engaging content to connect with our growing community of craft enthusiasts.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the filming and production of monthly Club classes.
Clip live shows to create promotional product videos.
Follow the social content schedule and collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging videos.
Edit video content to ensure it is ready for timely scheduling across multiple platforms.
Capture high-quality photography and video at on-site events, workshops, and classes.
Film and produce ongoing behind-the-scenes content to build a strong connection between the team and our audience.
Download and upload repeat shows as required.
Provide support to the wider marketing team with various tasks as needed.
Provide cover for the Head of Social Media during periods of holiday leave.
Essential Skills
Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced, live-show environment.
Strong adaptability and flexibility to manage last-minute changes.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Solid understanding of major social media platforms.
Competent in photography and video editing.
Proficiency in Canva for design and content creation.
Desirable Skills (not essential but advantageous)
Experience with Google Ads.
Knowledge of Meta Ads.
Skills in Adobe Photoshop.
Position Details:
Office-based role located at our headquarters in Clay Cross, Derbyshire.
Full-time position.
Some evening and weekend work will be required to support live events and special projects.
