We currently have the exciting opportunity for a Content Coordinator to join our team based in Redhill, Surrey on a hybrid contract.


You will work with the Go to Market team using your creative and project management skills to support Customer & Innovation (C&I) and the defined regions with request for proposals, whilst creating new content for new product/solution launches and other materials for distributing, both internally & externally. You will play a key role in the management and communication of all content assets within the global content sharing platform, "Content Factory".



Key Responsibilities

Sourcing updated content, project coordination, capturing risks & actions, documenting minutes and supporting with facilitating content workshops. Storyboard, copywrite, design, edit, proof read the development and production of internal and external content. Once material is validated by stakeholders, final copy to be made available on Content Factory. Creating and nurturing a network within C&I, Communications, Local marketing and Solutions teams; meeting regularly to identify new opportunities for creating/updating content & the best ways to communicate it using a range of channels (POP, webinar, newsletter etc) Working with local markets to identify content gaps (RFP stock materials, pitches, case studies, videos, campaign materials, whitepapers). Working with selected suppliers including authorised copywriters & design agencies. Supporting the ongoing evaluation of supplier performance. Posting, updating & editing Content Factory material. Responsible for regular reviews & updates of existing Content Factory material to ensure relevance & accuracy, connecting with local teams to validate and create new material where needed. Support the management of the GTM budget Support with communication updates to encourage traffic to the Content Factory platform; contribute to the Sales & Distribution community with announcements and presentations, including but not limited to webinars, newsletters, training materials. Training new starters/offering refresher training on how to use the Content Factory platform, capturing feedback for improvement areas. Support with data and reporting of usage of Content Factory via google analytics Supporting with the overall maintenance & management of the content platform Ad hoc support with projects within Go to Market during peak activity Support or lead other ad hoc C&I projects

Your Profile



Previous experience of content creation and/or communications and/or marketing experience essential Knowledge of multi-channel promotional marketing and digital marketing, ability to learn and adapt in the ever-changing digital space Previous experience of bid/project coordination an advantage Excellent PowerPoint skills - Champions new creative ideas and initiatives to engage with audiences via compelling design & copy Insights driven, innovative with a deep understanding of a wide variety of audiences, both internally & externally. Ability to think like a consumer / business client is essential Strong influencer/communicator, able to work directly with global teams to draw out the features & benefits for creation of the content, give guidance & coaching where needed Able to work with colleagues and contacts at all levels to develop compelling materials which both educates teams internally and supports local sales teams Proficient in facilitating group workshop discussions to storyboard content Proficiency and insight in content sharing platform software e.g. knowledge of SharePoint, Bynder, Google Analytics etc. is an advantage Strong attention to detail, consistency and ability to adhere to AXA style and brand guidelines Strong project management and prioritisation skills A calm positive approach even under pressure A self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, within time and budget
