What you will be doing


To translate Ricoh's brand vision into impactful campaigns by leading and coordinating the effective strategic and operational delivery of always on integrated marketing communications and a full-funnel campaign programme. Collaborating with the marketing team, wider stakeholders and sales/service teams to identify business opportunities, attract new organisations, retain customers and engage existing clients.



Ultimately driving internal and external customer engagement and advocacy to truly inspire clients and empower sales teams to generate sales revenue and growth.


To own and drive the strategy, planning and delivery of external marketing activities for the Digital Services portfolio (Workplace Experience, Process Automation, Cloud & Cyber, Print & Specialty Print) in line with Ricoh Europe to generate awareness and nurture prospects and customers through consideration to purchase and retention



To collaborate with Ricoh Europe as part of the EMEA co-creation team to share local OpCo expertise and guide central marketing strategy for campaign and content delivery



To own and drive the strategy, planning and delivery of sales enablement education and tools to help raise awareness, generate sales opportunities, specifically collaborating with the new business generation team to ensure lead conversions



To manage the content and development of ToFu, BoFu and MoFu campaigns that support the wider brand vision and objectives, customer nurture / demand generation strategy (in collaboration with wider Marketing Stakeholders)



To manage the creation and delivery of client led service marketing activities to help raise awareness of Ricoh's value propositions and achieve new business generation (in supporting the Product & Services team)



To manage the strategic activation of the Ricoh brand with the Digital Designer to ensure branding is controlled, consistent, and relevant in order to achieve a greater level of brand awareness with target audiences. Working to build strong relationships with stakeholders, the wider marketing team and external support agencies in order to deliver an exceptional marketing service to the business across channels such as PR, Social Media, Digital - Web/Email and Paid Search.



To ensure timely forecasts of required resources are managed to ensure the team meet the demand, budget and delivery of agreed deadlines. Collect, analyse and highlight key data/insights/issues on marketing communications activities regularly and effectively, making regular recommendations for improvements and optimisation.

You will ideally have


Marketing degree or marketing related qualification and relevant business related experience Knowledge of business to business marketing (preferably in the IT and professional services / consultancy sectors) Significant experience in marketing communications, branding, internal communications and content development and the creative process Ability to lead, develop and motivate a team Creative individual with experience of developing strategic messaging, coupled with provable copywriting and proofreading skills Highly organised with strong administration and process / project management skills Strong communication and relationship building skills Strong presentation skills Experience/familiarity with Ricoh products / services / thought leadership is desirable
