We are currently seeking an experienced individual to join this team in the role of

Content and Proposal Manager.

The base location for this role is London operating a Hybrid working model.



This role supports regional GPS Sales Managers in their pursuit of new business through creation and project management of bids/proposals, pitch presentations and other sales enablement materials. It also supports other B2B content initiatives such as authoring award submissions, client case studies, thought leadership and campaign collateral.





Content and Proposal Management is a global team with desks spanning Australia, France, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Poland, UAE, UK and the US.

In this role, you will:

Develop comprehensive, well-organised and persuasive proposals tailored to target audiences Support deals across the sales cycle, from RFI or proactive proposal to the best & final pitch and post-mortem discussions. Manage the full cycle proposal development process, including qualification, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination. Edit and format proposals to ensure a professional and polished final product that is accurate, captivating and of the highest quality, under tight deadlines. Create best practices in proposal content and sales enablement materials. Elevate the quality of sales enablement content such as client case studies, market information, thought leadership materials, developing both original content, as well as tailoring past examples to suit new client requirements and market trends.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements:

An understanding of cash management and/or transactional banking products/solutions Experience in proposal writing, sales content development and/or content marketing Exceptional project management skills with proven success in delivering projects/ programs, across countries and territories, whether regional or global in scope, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create strong content, presentations and explain value propositions in a clear and concise manner. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with ability to work under tight deadlines and support multiple stakeholder and proposals concurrently. Strong analytical skills with the ability deliver creative and customer centric solutions.
