Full Time 37 Hours per week between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday.
We are currently recruiting for Call Centre Operators to work in a busy government contact centre on an ongoing Temporary Contract in the centre of Cwmbran.
The Working Hours are 37 per week between
Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Part Time WILL NOT be considered at this time)
No weekend working

Rate of pay \xc2\xa311.28 per hour
33 Days Holiday (inclusive of Bank Holidays)
Dealing with inbound calls from members of the public relating to Court Issued fines.
You will need:
Previous Contact Centre or customer service experience
Excellent communication skills
Good IT Skills
