Your role
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to extend their skill set by gaining experience within the Consumer Relations department. The individual will be responsible for the effective execution of all administrative tasks relating to customer complaints and non-conformances for Moy Park Ltd; ensuring the timely provision of information and resources to others. This will include for example administering the customer complaints database, collating complaints information, producing corresponding reports and supporting meetings. After training the candidate will also be expected to deputise for the Consumer Relations Manager during periods of holidays or absence.
