Ogilvy is home to the largest influencer marketing practice globally and hosts the world's biggest festival of behavioural science and creativity, Nudgestock - now in its 12th year.The Role:We are searching for an exceptional individual who is highly skilled and passionate to join our team as a Consulting Director, Brand & Sustainability strategy.The Consulting Director, Brand & Sustainability strategy will bring a unique blend of creative thinking, strategic depth, and analytical rigour. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of marketing and sustainability strategy skills. They will demonstrate proven expertise in delivering brand transformations, from unearthing insights in consumer research, to creating distinctive positioning statements, brand houses and messaging frameworks. In addition, experience in brand architecture, visual identity, creative activation, and broader marketing innovation is desirable.Within sustainability, they should demonstrate a track record of integrating ESG strategies and sustainability initiatives into go-to-market strategies, identifying the material environmental and social challenges for brands to lead on and verifying their potential sustainability claims for communications. Behaviour change is a key component of Ogilvy Consulting's approach, and alongside colleagues in our behavioural science centre of excellence they will create strategies with real world and environmental impact on a diverse range of sustainability challenges.
