Overview
Compass Associates are proud to continue their exclusive partnership with a respected and established mental health provider in search for a new Consultant Psychiatrist.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an passionate and driven Consultant Psychiatrist to work for one of the leading mental health providers in the UK.

The successful candidate will manage a caseload on their acute mental health ward whilst reporting into the Medical Director.

You must have exceptional clinical knowledge, whilst also being service user focused.

There will be flexibility to WFH one day a week.

A full JD is available.

Criteria

• You must have a minimum of 2 years experience as a Consultant Psychiatrist with experience within inpatient mental health.
• Section 12 Approved is desirable.
• Managing a caseload is essential.
• Exceptional clinical knowledge is essential.
• You must be engaging with both the team and with the service users.
• GMC registered.

Package
Salary is between \xc2\xa3145,000 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa3155,000, depending upon experience plus company benefits such as;

Interview Process
There will only be a single stage interview required. The panel will include both Hospital Director\'s and the Medical Director. There is potential of a service user being part of the panel.
