Fully included with the fee share earnings structure is a comprehensive level of support with no additional cost to you. This includes admin, legal secretarial support, post completion support, marketing and PR, business development, compliance, accounts and invoicing, IT support and access to industry leading software and a dedicated lawyer wellbeing and events team.

Depending on your practice area we can discuss options with you to receive a minimum level of client leads to get you up and running in your first 3 months

Setfords is a platform law firm which means we have invested in technology infrastructure so that you can connect and work from anywhere with an internet connection. We have Consultant lawyers working remotely across the UK and some in other countries. You can choose what suits you and your client work

If you ned office space, a desk or meeting facilities, we offer modern and exceptionally well equipped offices in Chancery Lane and at our Head Office in Guildford Surrey, where you can access a fully funded restaurant, gym and personal trainer. At both locations Setfords host numerous lawyer networking and social events throughout the year.
