About the Role:

As a self-employed / fee-sharing consultant, you'll work independently while enjoying the flexibility to manage your own caseload and schedule. You will provide expert immigration advice and application support to clients seeking UK visas, settlement, or citizenship. Whether you're helping individuals, families, or businesses, your role will be to guide them through the complex immigration process with professionalism and care.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate, up-to-date immigration advice in line with UK Home Office regulations. Manage client cases from initial consultation through to application submission and follow-up. Maintain thorough knowledge of immigration law updates and compliance requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive client information with discretion. Build and maintain strong client relationships, including referrals and ongoing support.

Requirements:

IAA Level 1 - 3 accreditation (or equivalent), or Solicitors. Proven experience of 2 years or more in immigration law. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own caseload. Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality. UK Work Authorisation required
