Site Coordination & Supervision

Supervise daily site activities, ensuring efficient operation and clear site organisation Coordinate the setup, progress, and completion of subcontractor works Monitor site cleanliness and standards in line with premium project expectations Support key trades during installation of joinery, finishes, and FF&E Communicate any deviations from design or programme to the Project Manager promptly

Programme & Installation Oversight

Sequence subcontractors in alignment with programme milestones Identify site-level risks, delays, or conflicts early and escalate appropriately Assist with the logistics and delivery coordination of materials and finishes Support the inspection and sign-off of completed work and quality assurance procedures

Communication & Reporting

Maintain daily site logs documenting progress, key activities, and incidents Ensure subcontractors are working from the most current drawings and documentation Collaborate with the Project Manager and Document Controller for issue tracking and RFI resolution Attend site meetings and provide updates on progress and site readiness

Health & Safety Coordination

Work alongside the appointed external Health & Safety Consultant Ensure RAMS are understood and followed by all subcontractors Support the implementation of H&S procedures including inductions, PPE checks, and signage Flag and report any H&S breaches or site concerns to the appropriate consultant or manager

Requirements

5+ years' experience supervising high-spec residential or luxury interior projects Strong understanding of build sequencing, finish coordination, and subcontractor management Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (architectural, MEP, joinery) SSSTS or equivalent (preferred but not essential if experienced) First Aid at Work (desirable) Excellent communication, problem-solving and observational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 18 months

Pay: 45,000.00 per year
