Are you an experienced Store person or Materials Controller looking for a new opportunity? Join us for our Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment project within the Social Housing sector in Watford area, starting immediately.

Main Objectives of the role:

• Receive and unpack material deliveries
• Check deliveries for discrepancies and damages, reporting them through our software
• Load/offload materials for transport
• Transport materials manually or using pallet trucks
• Dispose of waste materials safely, following HSE regulations
• Manage stock and conduct monthly inventories
• Maintain accurate records of materials issued
• Collaborate with the site team to deliver services in line with contract requirements and company policies

• Problem-solving skills
• Good communication and writing skills
• Prioritisation skills and flexibility to meet commitments and deadlines
• Organised with excellent administration skills

• CSCS card
• Asbestos Awareness Training
• Health & Safety Awareness
• Manual Handling Training
