Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of on-site construction management, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to required quality standards
Lead coordination between contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
Ensure compliance with
UK building regulations and HSE standards
Develop and monitor construction schedules, proactively manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
Liaise with design teams, client representatives, and authorities to resolve construction and technical issues
Monitor site safety, environmental compliance, and quality control
Support project cost control and manage change orders in collaboration with finance and design teams
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in site-based construction project management (UK or international)
Proven knowledge of UK construction laws, planning regulations, and HSE procedures
Exceptional leadership, communication, and coordination skills
RICS, CIOB or equivalent professional certification preferred
Able to work under pressure during peak project phases
