Construction (non Cont) Associate/senior Associate, Leading Law Firm
Job Description
Our client is a leading London law firm, renowned for its real estate and private client work, looking for a c.4-8PQE Associate/Senior Associate for their growing team in London.
The firm offers great quality of work in a sustainable and collegiate work environment.
The team advises clients with respect to complex and high value development schemes including town centre and out of town regeneration, commercial, retail, sports, residential and mixed use developments, student accommodation, hotels, infrastructure (including energy centres and sub-stations) and site remediation. Clients including developers, funds and other institutional investors, occupiers and high net worth individuals.
Target hours are low compared to other City firms but the work remains of high standard.
The ideal candidate will have excellent academics (2.1 degree minimum) and have recently worked at a reputable construction practice in the UK.
