Construction Labourer
Job Description
Red Owl Construction is a family run construction company based in Southampton and covering the surrounding areas. We specialise in high end residential projects, including new builds, extensions and renovations.
Due to growth in the business, we are looking for a Labourer to join our team. This would be on a temporary basis initially, although, there could possibly be permanent opportunities.
You will be working on various projects and will be integral to ensuring building works run smoothly and the site is managed properly. You will be involved at all stages of the projects so will be given good variety in your day.
The Role
This role will take a proactive approach to labouring, and represent the business professionally Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in site set up and clean down each day
Preparing and moving materials
Keeping site clean and tidy
Maintaining tools and equipment
Assisting in general building work
The Ideal Candidate
Having experience in a similar role is not essential. It is important that you are keen to learn and can follow direction. You will need good communication skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
You will need to have access to your own transport and be available to start work in the week of 10th June.
Additional Information
You will be expected to work Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm

Contract length: 6-8 weeks
Pay: 11.00-13.00 per hour
