Job Description
Experienced construction groundworkers / labourers
Self-employed or cards-in
Initially working in Gwynedd, with potential to work on sites in North Wales, mid-Wales and North West England.
Supporting skilled tradespeople with the aim of helping successful and timely completion of a project, tasks include general groundworks (excavation, drainage, foundations), site preparation and clearance, manual labour such as digging holes, carrying lumber, transporting materials as well as assisting tradespeople such as bricklaying, tiling, landscaping. You would need a sound knowledge of construction tools and methods, be able to follow instructions and have a good level of physical fitness.
Must have
An understanding of site health and safety Experience working in building and construction (heritage construction preferred) Good attention to detail Ability to work well with others Ability to work on your own Clean, valid driving licence Self-employed must be CIS registered.
