CONFIGURATION MANAGER RAIL - EAST MIDLANDS - PERMANENT - \xc2\xa350,000 - \xc2\xa365,000

ARM are working with a multinational tech company, who specialise in supporting their engineering customers. This position is working for them supporting a major rail firm in the delivery of their product to market. We are recruiting for an experienced Configuration Manager to join the team in the East Midlands on a permanent basis.

About You:

• You will be an experienced Configuration Manager who has experience within rail and ideally rolling stock.
• You will have experience of using configuration management tools such as RTC, IBM Rational Synergy or Aventra CCT.
• You will also have some change management experience. Your experience will include project and programme configuration roles.

What you will be doing:
This position will see you support the customer on their project configuration and ensuring that controls remain in place for the life cycle of the project. You will ensure that configuration documentation is agreed and formalised with stakeholders and help manage changes within the project.

This position is based in the East Midlands and commutable from Leicester, Derby, Stoke and Sheffield, The role will see some site based working and some home based (hybrid working)

What you can expect in return:
The salary guide range is between \xc2\xa350,000 and \xc2\xa365,000 and will be dependent on experience and suitability. There may be scope to exceed this for the right person also. The company has a real chance of internal progression and the opportunity to work on ground breaking projects. This is on top of the benefits package too.
