Thornton Hall Hotel is looking for a motivated and experienced
Conference & Events Supervisor
to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about hospitality, who enjoys leading a team and delivering excellent guest experiences--particularly in events and functions.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations within the Food & Beverage department, focusing on events and private functions
Lead and support front-of-house teams during service
Ensure high standards of food and drink service at all times
Train, coach, and motivate team members
Manage guest interactions to ensure a memorable experience
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for smooth service delivery
Uphold all health, safety, and hygiene standards
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in a supervisory F&B role
Confident, friendly, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A team player with a strong customer service focus
