Job Description
Concierge is required for a brand-new exquisite 5-Star Luxury Hotel located in the heart of London\xe2\x80\x99s West End, Central London W1B, base salary \xc2\xa323,000 to \xc2\xa326,000 p/a plus service charge and an excellent benefits package.
As the Hotel Concierge, you will play a crucial role in providing a warm and welcoming experience for all arriving and departing guests ensuring they receive an exceptional level of 5-Star service throughout their stay at the Hotel.
Experience
- Ideally we are seeking a Concierge with previous work experience as a Concierge, Doorperson or similar at a minimum 4-Star or ideally 5-Star Luxury Hotel.
- Golden Keys (Les Clefs d\'Or) Membership would be an advantage but not essential.
- A strong knowledge of Central London and the surrounding local area.
- Exceptional customer service skills
