You will have the opportunity to manage an experienced team, work with a dynamic customer base and make a real impact on the store.
About the role
The Concession Manager will be responsible for leading in consultative service, people management and striving to achieve sales targets. You will enjoy having presence on the shop floor as well as:
Motivating, leading and inspiring your sales team. * Delivering a luxury level of service for all customers.
- Leading by example with selling techniques, store standards and achieving personal targets.
- Managing the team to include appraisals, performance enhancement and coaching.
- Overseeing visual merchandising and creative branding.
- Building the profile of the brand and networking.
You an expert in building relationships and you have the drive, energy and organisational skills to be a success.
You will also need to be an ambassador for the brand\'s culture both in your appearance and behaviour and will be expected to develop your team to the same standards. Acting as a role model at all times and being a good leader will support your progression and the opportunity to raise your profile within the brand.
