Responsibilities:

As a Compliance Officer at BETA CAPITAL MANAGEMENT, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our firm's adherence to all relevant regulatory standards and requirements. Your responsibilities will include:

- Review and Approval of Marketing Materials: Carefully assess and approve marketing materials to ensure they align with regulatory standards and company policies.

- Development and Maintenance of Compliance Procedures and Policies: Create and maintain up-to-date compliance procedures and policies that reflect current regulatory guidelines and industry best practices.

- Compliance Advisory: Provide expert guidance and advice on various aspects of compliance procedures and policies to internal teams, ensuring that all staff members are well-informed and compliant.

- FCA Standards and Requirements: Ensure that all investment and marketing materials meet the standards and requirements set forth by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Finance, Law, Business Administration).

- Proven experience in a compliance role within the financial industry.
