We are seeking a two highly skilled and experienced Facade Compliance Managers for our Client, to oversee and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and standards in the cladding and facades industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cladding or facades, as well as extensive knowledge of quality control and quality assurance processes. The Facade Compliance Manager will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, developing compliance strategies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in all facade projects.

Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cladding or facades, as well as extensive knowledge of quality control and quality assurance processes. The Facade Compliance Manager will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections, developing compliance strategies, and implementing corrective actions to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in all facade projects.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies for cladding and facades, in line with industry regulations and standards.

- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety practices.

- Collaborate with project teams to review and approve facade designs, materials, and installation methods.

- Provide guidance and support to project managers and contractors on compliance issues, ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with approved plans and specifications.

- Monitor and review project documentation, including testing reports, certificates, and compliance documentation.

- Identify potential risks and hazards related to cladding and facades, and implement corrective actions to mitigate these risks.

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

- Liaise with external stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and certification bodies, to ensure compliance with all relevant requirements.

- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams to enhance awareness and understanding of compliance standards and procedures.

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain a robust quality control and quality assurance program for facade projects.

Requirements:

- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.

- Experience in cladding or facades, with a strong focus on compliance management.

- In-depth knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and industry standards related to cladding and facades.

- Proven experience in quality control and quality assurance processes.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues effectively.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
