Job Description

To assist the Compliance Team to ensure that all employees within our portfolio are fully compliant in the areas outlined below. Escalating to the Compliance Manager as required.

Responsibilities relating to areas of compliance:



Request regular doctor feedback from Clients and update database and Medical Staffing Managers with responses Update database with approved DBS application details and generate DBS statement records Update database with confirmation of doctors DBS Update Service registrations Ensure DBS certificates are kept up to date and contact doctors for any renewal applications Update database with Occupational Health certificates from Occupational Health provider Generate and distribute weekly exit forms to Medical Staffing Managers Process all leavers on the database Process Drop Out notifications on database Update database and Compliance Board with information from placement and allocation meetings Generate and send Indefinite Leave to Remain letters when requested by doctors Generate and send Dependent Visa letters when requested by doctors Weekly checking of new doctor CV Templates to ensure all employment gaps are accounted for Continually review the effectiveness of company processes relating to doctor compliance and recommend improvements as appropriate alongside the Compliance Manager. Have a knowledge and understanding of regulatory guidelines and keep up to date with changes. Assist with compliance based queries from other members of staff. Carry out the process for MCC and 6 monthly Immigration calls Deal with the Pre-Placement Notification emails from Medigold

Adhoc

(denotes task required during course weeks only):
Approve or reject new membership requests on the company website and assist with any membership queries from doctors.

Prepare Starter Forms for doctors.
Generate Schedule of Work forms for new doctors, including Pre-Course preparation.
Attend Training Centre on Monday of each course week.
Create bank employment letters to assist with doctors' bank account applications and deal with follow up queries. Carry out identification checks for new doctors. This includes scanning and uploading relevant IDs. Assist with generating and processing resources (Compliance) starters forms

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,340.00 per year
