What you\'ll be doing
You will be working in a busy team that manages breaches of tenancies such as anti-social behaviour. This involves supporting victims and witnesses who have made reports as well as challenging residents who have breached the terms of their tenancy agreement. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where the focus is about finding solutions through effective teamwork.
More about you
You love working with people and can communicate effectively and confidently. You can be empathetic but also assertive where needed. You have a professional approach and can work as part of a team with both colleagues and other agencies. You have great IT and record keeping skills.
You are resilient and resourceful and have the desire to work in an interesting environment where no day is ever the same!
You may have some experience of working in social housing that you can bring to the role, but it is not essential.
